Desktop Support provides desktop and user support for the Department of Finance. The services include supplying, configuring and defining user profiles for Finance desktops. The group is also responsible for assisting with VOIP telephone deployment, activating/deactivating jacks, desktop network connection issues, OS updates and data recovery for end-users.
